The Role

Fidelity Investments has an exciting opportunity for a Director level Chapter Leader of Quality Assurance. This role is in Healthcare Expense Management for Health Care Technology group. This individual will have the opportunity to craft our quality engineering strategy, influence Agile and DevOps practices, and lead QA members across multiple agile teams to support high quality delivery of Fidelity’s innovative healthcare solutions. This role will be based in MMK or RAL.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • BS degree required.
  • 15+ years of industry experience in IT. Quality engineering experience preferred.
  • Inspiring leadership to empower and support teams to tackle exciting opportunities in scale and efficiency. Promote engineering driven automation first culture and approach.
  • Define test automation vision, roadmap, technology, and the ability to support team to implement.
  • Curious about business process and impact of quality to business outcome and enjoy working in fast paced DevOps delivery structure.
  • Be a strong and passionate advocate for quality and customer experience and work collaboratively with partners to drive product delivery.
  • Execute on the best engineering practices and provide mentorship, training and high level directions to teams
  • Make data driven decisions that help the team increase delivery velocity and improve quality.
  • Work with other QA chapter leaders to reuse existing tools.

The Team

The Health Care Technology group delivers innovative solutions in Health Benefit Administration, Health Savings Account, Medicare and AI-driven Integrated digital solutions to help Fidelity’s clients and customers meet their healthcare needs. The Digital QA chapter works in Agile delivery model and apply DevOps practice to support critical digital applications. The candidate will collaborate closely with development teams and business partners to be the quality champion and help delivery superior product quality and customer satisfaction.
