Director - Sustainable Industrial Energy Generation & Energy Efficiency
As a Director, you will be part of the ENGIE Impact Sustainability Solutions leadership. You are accountable for developing ENGIE Impact’s market growth, leveraging on relationships and all existing assets to originate business, grow client portfolio, build and lead offers and animate internal teams.
Function
Define the business strategy within your region
Define, build and execute a go-to-market strategy for Sustainable Industrial Energy Generation & Energy Efficiency
Support the design and development of new commercial offers in line with market trends and client insights
Coordinate and leading business development activities
Generate new business opportunities either through attracting new clients, or upsell or cross-sell to existing clients
Implement go-to-market strategy and coordinate associated team
Ensure profitability of commercial offers and of delivered projects
Lead proposals and oral presentations
Ensure cross-coordination and business development with ENGIE group
Leverage your knowledge of ENGIE’s solutions to promote implementation projects with ENGIE BU’s
Identify opportunities to develop new ENGIE solutions
Drive value and innovation for your clients
Provide strategic and commercial insight
Act as a content expert in client projects
Ensure value is delivered to client during your projects and monitor project financials
Promote Engie Impact
Build and develop a strong network to promote ENGIE Impact
Attend and present at key networking events
Be a promoter of ENGIE Impact’s solutions in events, fairs…
Enhance Talent & Expertise
Ensure the development of a strong technical or market expertise within your team
Manage the teams of your segment in all your locations & grow sustainably our Sustainable Industrial Energy Generation & Energy Efficiency practice in EMEAI

Experience
Master’s degree from a high-ranked Business or Engineering School.
10+ years of professional experience in energy efficiency and sustainable industrial energy generation projects in an industrial environment
8+ years of professional experience in delivering strategic consulting assignments: capacity to identify issues conjointly with clients & other stakeholders, capacity to engage in and influence negotiations and client strategic decision-making, capacity to provide clients with strong convictions around business issues and innovative ideas and to position yourself as a key strategic advisor for your client.
Demonstrated experience in selling strategy and implementation projects with sales targets and in managing a client portfolio (i.e. multiple client accounts)
Demonstrated experience in business strategy: financial analysis & business management
Strong awareness of key trends around climate change and decarbonization challenges and strong motivation to find solutions
Nice to have: Knowledge of one of the following sectors: Energy intensive industries, Food and Consumers, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Transport & Logistics
