The Role
We are seeking an individual with research capabilities for a Director of Research & Analytics opportunity supporting Personal Investing at Fidelity Investments. This is an exciting opportunity within the customer experience measurement team and supports an organization wide segmentation team to deliver the outstanding research and analytics.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree required, Advanced degree preferred
- Consistent track record in analytics
- 7+ years in customer experience/market research programs
- Experience with building and leading learning agendas
- Ability to work with partners and data from product management, design, engineering, and analytics to help teams find answers and generate revelatory insights
- Able to structure and process qualitative or quantitative research and data and draw insightful conclusions from it.
- Experience in primary research analytics
- Analytical skills – working with structured and unstructured databases
- Experience with visualization tools, cloud-based databases will be a plus
The Value You Will Deliver
- Develop hypothesis, research and analytical execution plans for customer experience design around the newly formed segments, and share and interpret those learnings and recommendations with the leadership in an impactful and client-ready fashion
- Collaborate with research partners to create research learning agendas that align with broader organizational KPIs
- Synthesize multiple sources of data and deliver integrated insights merging attitudinal data, demographics, financial data, product usage, trading behavior, channel behavior
- Work with the cross-functional teams to create design target and help with experimentation
