The Team
The Health Savings Account (HSA) Domain within the Fidelity Healthcare Group is looking for an experienced product management professional to help lead the effort to define, implement and support customer onboarding and account opening for HSAs established through a Fidelity Workplace Relationship.
In this role, you will be a member of the HSA Product Area with responsibility for evolving and enriching account opening for new customers. HSA Customer Onboarding currently includes responsibilities for managing NetBenefits digital online account opening, simple (bulk) HSA account opening, HSA account activation and the new employer Holding Account. The Holding Account feature is used to “catch†payroll contributions in cases where the customer’s account is either not opened or not in good order. This role also provides consulting and support for adjacent capabilities of the Digital HSA Experience, including Transfer of Assets (TOA).
This role will also collaborate across Fidelity lines of business to explore future state ideas and opportunities to further simplify the customer account opening experience.
The Expertise We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA desired
8+ years product management experience
Series 7 and 63 are permitted for this role

Demonstrated expertise working with product positioning, product development, product strategy, strategic thinking, goal setting, planning and decision making.
Take a data-driven approach to understanding customer needs and can translate business themes into initiatives, sub-initiatives, goals, epics and user stories which are well-understood and can be managed by one or more agile squads.
Strong relationship building, interpersonal and influencing skills to achieve alignment within the organization and across Fidelity Healthcare Group
Experience leading, influencing, and motivating colleagues without formal authority, and have a track record of building high-performing teams
Understanding of the Health Savings Account (HSA) product offering and the needs of the customer using this product along with strong familiarity with FPRS recordkeeping, FBSI and FDOT platforms along with implications to customer onboarding.

Define, refine, and communicate the mission of the squad to squad members and other stakeholders to motivate and rally support
Anticipate, discover and prioritize client / stakeholder needs to serve as the voice of the customer / stakeholders and guide execution of the squad
Routinely engage Fidelity Legal, Risk and Compliance to discuss new account opening proposals and collaborate closely to ensure new solutions comply with industry regulations and are consistent with Fidelity policy & procedures.
Measure performance through established KPIs and deliver agreed upon business, technology, and people results
Ensure that new capabilities are well understood by sales, marketing, communications operations and product maintenance to ensure a smooth go to market strategy.
