As a leader in the Perimeter Security Operations group, you will be responsible for leading a distributed team that demonstrates a variety of security platforms to develop, test, and deploy security content to protect Fidelity’s key digital assets against the latest Cyber threats. Leveraging threat intelligence of cyber attackers’ techniques, tactics, and procedures, you will identify the appropriate control points to protect against cyber attacks, both internal and external.

This role will provide strategic and day to day leadership to a team of Perimeter Security experts passionate about: maintaining operational stability, improving operational efficiency, and proactive risk reduction. The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Significant experience in cybersecurity operational roles (Incident Response, Threat Intel, Vulnerability Management, Countermeasures, and Internal Threat)
• Broad knowledge of perimeter security operations technology to include web application firewalls, Network IDS/IPS, Cloud, and Email Security.
• Industry certifications like CISSP, Security +, SANS GIAC Incident Handler, and certifications related to key platforms (Microsoft 365, Akamai, Sourcefire, FireEye, AWS)
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and lead response activities during security incidents
• Experience leading a distributed team that provides 24×7 operational support and excellent service delivery
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required, will interact with multi-functional management including the executive team
