The Director of Marketing/Multi-housing is a member of the multi-housing leadership team reporting to the Director of Property Marketing, Investor Services.  The position will work in close partnership with the Managing Director and the SVP of Operations for multi-housing to build out a strategy and team to internally support the multi-housing platform as well as the onsite marketing efforts.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and lead the execution of the multi-housing marketing annual business plan, propose and manage annual and long-term budgets to appropriately resource the business, and present updates, reports, re-forecasts, and other business plan reviews to inform key business leaders of the progress on achieving established goals and priorities Oversee JLLMH brand development and grow visibility for national pipeline inclusive of community branding, product development, and customer experience standards Participate in identifying a best-in-class Proptech stack ensuring we are agile, data-driven, and customer-focused, and have the right tools, technology, and processes to support the onsite teams and drive revenue and growth including:

Reputation management

Digital marketing including social media, paid search, social advertising, analytics, and AI

Lead management and leasing including online and paperless functions

Resident communication

Actively participate in the acquisition of new business by being an integral part of the new client preparation, pitch calls, and in-person pitches Develop and oversee a leasing-centric operating model to support onsite leasing strategies and goals.  Assist with documenting processes and procedures into internal standard operating procedures Define marketing reporting and dashboard development, analysis, and delivery for internal stakeholders and clients Grow and advocate for the JLLMH division by ensuring the group is visible and supported across the organization Collaborate with other JLL marketing departments as appropriate including research, technology, public relations, internal communications, Experience Management, and Flex. Communicate effectively to other departments through a strong partnership Oversee the review of all national marketing vendors, contracts, and implementation

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in marketing, public relations, design, business, analytics and/or related field, required.

Master’s in business administration, marketing, management and/or related field, preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

15+ years in marketing, brand development and/or public relations is required

12+ years in real estate marketing with a specialty in multifamily assets is required

10+ years managing and growing a team of people is required
