Interim Director

We are looking for Director of Interim management to lead and drive the achievement of sales targets for specific Business Units.As a member of the wider Veredus leadership team you will contribution to the development and success of the business as a whole.

You will also lead, manage and develop staff and project/assignment teams to ensure delivery standards are maintained through exceptional customer service.

What you’ll be doing:

• Support the Business Units achievement of corporate priorities and the overall business plan to generate leads and cross selling all Veredus products and services.
• Provide leadership and management across Business Unit
• Taking responsibility for client relationship and account management, acting as advisor, engaging with clients to deliver innovative and pro-active solutions;
• Providing clear direction to ensure that each member of the team is clear about his/her contribution to the team and corporate targets and objectives;
• Taking personal responsibility for maintaining an up to date awareness of statute policy procedures and leading edge practice in diversity and inclusion and applying this accordingly in a leadership role.
• Actively seeking out and collaborating with colleagues across Capita in shared sector activities to generate income and facilitate broader business opportunities;

What we’re looking for:

• Experience / proven track record of selling and providing executive recruitment in sector specialisms
• Identifying, establishing, developing and maintaining relationship with very senior clients and stakeholders;
• Identifying potential sales opportunities and engaging potential clients at executive level;
• Demonstrating understanding of their resourcing and wider organisational needs;
• Demonstrating an in depth understanding of leadership capacity and competency requirement to deliver at senior levels;
• Identifying where Veredus and /or Capita can add value and providing advice and solutions consistent with the Veredus brand;
• Shaping and leveraging high quality, profitable business opportunities and cross-selling business products and services;
• Managing teams to deliver complex programmes and projects with multiple stakeholders;
• Acting as overall customer relationship, account and contract manager;
• Making a substantial contribution to achievement of a Practice, Business Unit or similar.
