Job Description:
This Director role is a member of the newly created WI/HCG Finance Decision Support and Analytics Team, a Center of Excellence (CoE) delivering impactful and insightful financial analysis to our business partners. The primary objective of the role will be to lead a broad range of analytics, financial management, and strategic business partner support to drive improved outcomes and financial results to the broader organization. You will be responsible for conducting consultative analytics and creating executive level recommendations for key strategic priorities across all WI/HCG groups. Projects will range from short term ad-hoc deliverables to long term projects that could span 3-6 months. In a highly matrixed organization, you will partner closely with WI/HCG Finance VPs and WI/HCG CoEs, including Line Finance, Pricing, and Costing teams. You will also mentor and train junior analysts on the team through indirect management opportunities.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree preferred
8+ years of professional experience in Finance with a successful track record in financial modeling and analysis
Financial services experience; experience in benefits outsourcing (WI/HCG) a plus
Proven ability to combine a strategic business perspective with strong project management and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to “tell the story†and communicate effectively with Finance and business partners at varying levels of the organization
Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint with experience in data visualization tools and the ability to teach others

Proven leadership skills and ability to develop junior financial analyst talent
