Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for the long term growth of an assigned Region of ABM Healthcare Support Services via new sales and expansion of Healthcare Technology Management services

Essential Functions

  • Responsible for producing new business with investor and corporate clients. 
  • Work with the operations team in Prepare costing’s in preparation for developing bids, make sales presentations and some customer service accountabilities on selected accounts. 
  • Prepare presentations and pitch materials for new business pursuits.
  • Achieving sales goals.
  • Engage in trade shows and industry events and network.
  • Execute and help develop vertical market strategies. 
  • Coordinate efforts in branch to meet budgeted sales goals; assist SVP on customer/public relations and quality assurance.
  • Use of CRM tool to track sales pipeline, activities, and sales results.
  • Target and solicit local, regional, and national accounts.
  • Travel as needed within the region’s geographic scope to meet with potential customers, bid walks, and sales preparations.
  • Maintain ongoing clear communication with SVP weekly.

Non-Essential Functions

  • Excellent computer skills. Highly proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Ability to drive a company vehicle and meet company driving requirements.
  • Must pass drug tests and background checks Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
  • Strong Presentation Skills.
  • Accomplished relationship management and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities required.
  • Experience in delivering presentations and working directly with clients.
  • Team strategic development and leadership experience.

Reporting Relationships

  • This position will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

Interactions

  • Works cooperatively with the Regional directors of Operations, and ABM Healthcare Support Services Management Personnel.


 

Minimum Requirements

Education/Training:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.  In lieu of Bachelor’s Degree, High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years' experience in Sales

Preferred: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree.

Job Knowledge/Experience:

Required:

  • At least three years of Healthcare Technology Management sales experience with a demonstrated track record of success required.

Preferred:

  • Experience selling to and in the Healthcare sector with an emphasis on support services preferred.

Language/Writing/Communication Requirements:

Required:

  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow up.
  • Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate into strategic deliverables.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
