Job Description

Plays a critical role in leading the oversight, development and implementation of the following core functions in support of business units and other functions: (1) Marketing Activation support (2) Centralized “do it best” initiatives for agency governance, premia and other cross-functional shared focus areas (3) Experiential and events (4) Visual merchandising/sales support.

What are we looking for?

Bachelors degree in Marketing, business or related field. 

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in CPG Marketing and/or marketing agency is required.
Executional experience in-store, advertising development, packaging, new technologies is preferred. 
Project Management experience and Training experiences are preferred.

Ability to travel up to 30%

Ability to work 50% of the time in the office and 50% remote (Hybrid)

What will be your key responsibilities?

Lead a team of marketing area experts who provide functional expertise and support to key stakeholders related to marketing activation, merchandising, event operations, and agency governance.
Manage budgets and liaises the Marketing function with other support areas to ensure an effective and centralized approach to marketing execution.
Partner with Commercial/Indirect Sales function to maximize savings opportunities through volume rebates and quarterly business reviews with vendors
Lead the setting of a clear strategy and guiding principles for marketing operations capabilities in support of commercial goals and objectives
Manage experiential/events strategy development and events operations to ensure effective execution in support of business units
Overall oversight of visual merchandising development and support  
Drive operational efficiencies across processes and influence the optimization of resources (budget and people)
