The Role

As a member of the Next Generation Cash Management/Banking Services squad, you will collaborate with your team and business partners to lead or support significant strategic programs by defining problem statements, conducting research and/or analysis to find opportunities, and recommending a solution that supports our Cash Management and Banking Services Offering. #CSB

In the role, the focus will be on:

  • Identifying the needs and problems for our customers
  • Leading or supporting ideation, development, and execution of new strategies, focused on quantifying and presenting the value that Cash Management is delivering
  • Crafting strategies for testing that will offer innovative solutions that outpace the competition
  • Driving and supporting key aspects of the strategy development life cycle including business case development, business requirements, and designing and implementing end-to-end customer experiences
  • Working with both internal and external business partners to optimize associate and customer experiences that address the needs of our customers

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree required and 8+ years of proven experience in financial services, with focus in cash management and/or card experience is preferred
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills; Strong listening skills to integrate different perspectives and achieve better outcomes
  • Ability to think broadly about both digital and live channel experiences, as well as how unique elements fit together
  • Demonstrated experience in articulating customer needs in the design of products and solutions
  • Strategy and execution skills to run impactful programs aligned to strategic plans & objectives
  • Strong presentation and persuasion skills to achieve consensus with multiple audiences
  • Ability to implement measure or metrics to aid in identifying improvement opportunities
  • Possess an agile mindset; ability to work on initiatives simultaneously and with multiple stakeholder groups, both internal and external to Fidelity

The Team
