Infusion Systems Group Marketing Manager:

This position will lead all marketing and strategic efforts for Baxter's Infusion System business including the launch of new products, platforms, software and services as well asn manage the P&L of the business by:  

• Works with finance, sales, demand planning to ensure financial forecasts are set and met through proper pipeline management
• Lead a team of individuals to develop strategy and deliverables for specific product areas and ensure proper individual growth and progress
• Help evaluate and identify inline growth opportunities for the infusion systems portfolio and determine the recommended level of investment
• Has qual and quant market research on market size, market share, TAM, CAGR, win rates to manage business mechanics
• Conducts market research activities to ensure marketing strategy is inline with market
• Understand customers journey and identifies ways to influence the customer to improve our win-rates and shorten sales cycle
• Leads all marketing and strategic efforts for Baxter’s Infusion pump business by determining priorities across the sales and marketing functions
• Responsible for all product launch campaigns with focus on outcome

• This position collaborates with other marketing and franchise team members to develop and execute marketing/development activities based on business objectives, audiences, and timeline
• Identifies and leverages data to enhance sales transactions, contracts and deal management within GPOs, IDN’s and hospitals
• Performs other sales and business development duties as assigned
• Makes business decisions based on sound financial and market analyses

1. Ability to develop and execute marketing plans, messaging and branding campaigns
2. Solid strategic planning abilities and business acumen
3. Track record in leading projects to successful completion
4. BS/BA required with five to eight years’ experience in marketing. Healthcare/
    medical device industry experience is a benefit. MBA preferred
5. Proven track record in successfully launching new products and managing projects
6. Background in strategic marketing, business development and program development helpful Solid ability to translate market trends and customer needs into effective promotion

This position can be located remotely within the US, except for Colorado.
