Responsibilities: Foster and support a strong, team-oriented, high-achieving national tax practice group; Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues in the core federal tax group and other practice areas as resource that supports the U.S. international tax technical needs of their clients; Support overall ITS practice with complex U.S. international tax matters through deep tax technical knowledge and experience and regular monitoring of legislative and other developments; Perform tax research and collaborate with other subject matter experts in order to develop novel solutions to complex client challenges; Oversee and drive multiple on-going projects through effective, coordinated, development-oriented collaboration with professional staff; Advise clients and their stakeholders on cross-border tax planning matters while helping them understand and navigate the relevant decision-making process; Support ITS Practice leadership in practice-related and firm initiatives; Carry out market-facing and business development activities as subject matter expert

Qualifications: Qualified ACCA; A minimum of 10 years of focused tax technical experience in U.S. international tax; Deep knowledge of a broad range of U.S. international and domestic tax law provisions; Strong research, writing, and Microsoft Office applications skills; Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to clearly articulate complex concepts in an accessible manner; Client-centric, proactive and flexible professional service approach; Strong drive for excellence in tax technical ability, relationship building, and the development of new and experienced staff professionals; Ability to develop and deepen existing and new client relationships along with other verticals and lines of service; Outstanding analytical skills; Strong business acumen; Highly motivated.
