The Global Business and Information Services (GBIS) organization is partnering with the functions to promote new capabilities, while exploring and activating some of the latest technology to support the our strategy.

Reporting to the VP Information Technology you will be the IT Director Portfolio Owner for Customer Delivery, Planning and Sourcing. You will oversee portfolio technology strategy, vision, roadmap, business value realization, prioritization of programs, scoping epics, and managing portfolio health (includes technical debt, run, grow, and transform). You will partner with the Business Owners (Sr Supply Chain executives) to understand priorities to ensure the portfolio is supporting the daily operations and delivering capabilities that meet important goals and values. You oversee the portfolio roadmap, and lead the technology strategy. Accountable and oversee the portfolio's tool and vendor selection, relationships, and contracts. You will manage the financial management of the portfolio P&L, inclusive of the portfolio's total cost of ownership.

You Will:

• Work with Supply Chain Customer Delivery, Planning and Sourcing business owners to establish and provide portfolio technology strategy, vision roadmap, portfolio health and value realization.
• Provide guidance on transportation and warehousing network optimization programs for IT, including financial and expert resourcing.
• Influence strategy and product management to promote capabilities that support strategic themes of the portfolio and achieve stability, quality, and development velocity.
• Manage the application rationalization and lifecycle management to align with the portfolio strategy.
• Ensure use of Agile product delivery and change management methodologies.
• Manage strategic IT communications between the business owners and the IT Leadership through reporting of portfolio oversight (operational, financial, transformational activities).
• Act with transparency for IT services supporting business operations
• Be a strategic partner that aligns IT services with business capability requirements
• Execute Conagra's success cycle including all Human Capital management activities
• Assess applicability and readiness of new technology solutions and influence suppliers to develop solutions to meet our needs
• Oversee annual operating planning (AOP) and forecasting of portfolios cost center budget

You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or a related field
• 10+ years of leading people, process and technology
• Prior supply chain experience required and preferably within CPG space
• Experience with Blue Yonder (formerly JDA), SAP, Oracle Transportation and similar applications and technologies
• Clear ability to respectfully and collaboratively challenge people and processes
• Experience developing a team to accomplish personal and professional growth
• Experience in Agile work methodology and ability to work with partners
• Develop and manage the financial aspects of all actives, including the operational expenditure (OPEX) and capital expenditure (CAPEX)
