As Director of Identity Access Management you will contribute to the definition and operational support of our current and next generation of Identity and Access Management environment, tools and controls across our organization. You will integrate with new and existing initiatives to drive the IT Risk & Security requirements and policies from design through implementation.

As a Director Identify Access Management Operations, you will be responsible for:

• Coaching, mentoring and managing IAM Operations team and support 24x7 IAM services/tools to ensure a compliant workplace
• Directly overseeing and providing guidance for Operational sustainability, RTO/RPO, Access Certification plan, enterprise risk to identify security gaps and to suggest innovative solutions
• Developing and implementing reporting metrics to measure the effectiveness of IAM policies, Application on-boarding to report to senior management for strategic review
• Leading internal cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives to shape and improve processes and procedures
• Developing and implementing internal Identity and Access Management controls and recommend policy enhancements for improving processes efficiency, governance and compliance
• Collaborate, developing and mentoring a cross-functional team in a global-matrix environment to plan and schedule for successful delivery of IAM services

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent work experience
• Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of IAM technologies and IAM compliance and best practices
• Demonstrated experience with Identity & Access Management, PAM technologies such as: OKTA. PingID, Sailpoint, Saviynt, Active Directory (MS, Azure, AWS), Cyber Arc, BeyondTrust etc.
• Have the ability to lead and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and be able to influence across different teams
• Demonstrate a thorough and logical approach to proactively solving complex problems and implementing solutions
• Be skilled at communicating complex technical information to customers and teams with varying levels of technical understanding
• Have proven managerial and leadership experience in IAM technologies
