The Role

As part of the Asset Management Finance Team within Fidelity Management & Research

Company (the investment management arm of Fidelity) you will work with a dynamic team using the latest

tools and technology to develop and enhance your essential finance skills.

The AM Finance Team collaborates with a variety of stakeholders including senior management, central

finance and the strategy team to drive finance initiatives and deliverables across Asset Management. This

role will focus on providing financial support and analysis for the Fidelity Asset Management Solutions Business (Asset Allocation, Institutional Portfolio Management & Institutional Equity) and High Income & Alternatives Business.

As a member of AM Finance team, you will also have multiple opportunities to lead and or contribute to critical short- and long-term finance AM wide initiatives.

The Purpose of Your Role

Provide financial support and analysis for Fidelity Asset Management Solutions (Asset Allocation, Institutional Portfolio Management & Institutional Equity) and High Income & Alternatives.

Support the planning process including multi-year plan, operating plan, budget, and forecasts

Provide and work directly with Investment Team Presidents on insightful analysis on new investment products, scaling core businesses and Industry Opportunities & Position.

Support business case development and investment requests including technology spend

Develop meaningful scorecard for Fidelity Asset Management Solutions (Asset Allocation, Institutional Portfolio Management & Institutional Equity) and High Income & Alternatives.

Manage and analyze monthly results including Assets, Flows, Market Share, Expense and Headcount

Ensure profitability drivers are up to date and lead annual profitability driver update process

Mentor and indirect management of junior team members

The Expertise We’re Looking For

A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent training; MBA or advance degree a plus

7+ years of professional experience in Finance with a successful track record of in financial modeling and analysis
