Director, Human Resources

The Role

The HR Director will deliver HR business partner services and lead compensation, recruitment, diversity, training and organizational development initiatives in support of the business.

In addition, this person will provide coaching and support to mid and senior-level managers to improve their people leadership effectiveness and drive enterprise and BU specific talent programs. Key areas of focus include organizational design, workforce planning, coaching and feedback, performance and change management, inclusion and engagement efforts.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

HR generalist/business partner experience

Experience working in global organizations preferred

Experience working in an agile organization and/or are familiar with agile principles

Strong business acumen and know how people and talent strategies can drive business results

Partnering with senior level executives and performing as part of a senior leadership team

Leading change initiatives and crafting strategic workforce plans

Demonstrable experience in challenging, influencing, and coaching senior leaders on strategic issues and decisions that influence the operating environment and associate experience

Problem solver and have proven independence, autonomy and accountability when performing your work, even in the face of ambiguity or limited precedent

Strong project manager and have an ability to think end-to-end about the work to be implemented

Proficient in organizational change and understand key points of engagement, communication, and influence

Ability to analyze data and recognize trends and themes, and are able to provide consultative coaching that translates into the real environment

Develop, align and execute people practices, programs, and initiatives in support of the business

Provide situation coaching and feedback to mid and senior level managers

Use inside and outside thinking to create a vision for the future

Working with leaders to ensure our associates are positioned for success – planning, hiring, training, mentor, and developing them to meet significant business goals

Bringing data, measures, and analytics to influence decisions and guide prioritization of attention and investment of resources

Advising leaders on sensitive performance-related situations and their business implications
