The Role

The Health and Welfare Product Management team is seeking a Director, Healthcare Product Management, and Director, Healthcare Project Manager to join their growing team!

On this team, you will utilize your consulting, analysis, and domain skills to provide the best outcomes for our clients, their participants and Fidelity! You are accountable for mapping the needs of our migrating clients to the new Fidelity Health Benefits (FHB) platform. Your work and efforts will help to drive the expected growth of 10+ new implementation clients and 5 client migrations to FHB, per year.

Within Workplace Solutions, you’ll lead a critical component of the H&W growth strategy to ensure product capabilities align with client requirements.

You will work to drive timely execution, remove barriers, and escalate risks across peers and benefit analysts.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of proven experience
  • 8-10 years of Health and Welfare benefits implementation, product development, or service delivery experience
  • 12+ years of professional experience (and demonstrated competence, depth, and breadth)
  • Prior H&W requirements definition experience preferred
  • Experience in Agile preferred, but not required
  • Ability to leverage online workflow tracking tools, including Jira is a plus
  • Outstanding organizing, planning, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • You’re comfortable communicating in multiple directions and have a passion for outlining comprehensive solutions in a simplified manner while working across multiple partner groups
  • You are a quick study and can swiftly learn our implementation model and ownership of the execution plan
