Summary:

• Reports to Sr. Director, Corporate FP&A Ops with high visibility and engagement with the CFO, VP FP&A, SVP Treasury, SVP Corporate Controller and their teams.
• Lead a global team of ~3 and works very closely with VP, FP&A, Director FP&A Cash, Investor Relations, and 3 Regional Business Finance VPs 
• Accountable for WW total Baxter enterprise sales (>$12B) and income forecasting to be used for updates with the CEO, CFO, Board of Directors, and used for external guidance with Investor Relations.
• High visibility with SLT, owning all of the materials going to the BOD. Provide the CEO and CFO with enterprise-wide analytics.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Set the drumbeat for finance; lead key processes across Global Finance (MRR QRR, Forecasts, LRP, AOP, Earnings)
• Provide real time updates on performance, implications, and recommended actions
• Enterprise-wide sales and income forecasting – incorporating not just a roll up of bottoms up but using external data and analytics to provide insights to CEO and CFO
• Target setting recommendations on sales and income
• Create materials for the CEO, CFO and Board of Directors, including providing financial analysis and commentary
• Calculation and reporting on organizational incentive program performance and payout, inclusive of executive compensation programs (working closely with Global Compensation)

• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Change agent with ability to effectively manage and drive impactful change across multiple geographies and functions
• Ability to lead and operate in a team-oriented environment and influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong process mindset and proven success in leading business initiatives to deliver large scale process improvements
• Strong technical and financial knowledge, including understanding of internal control requirements and accounting principles as well as understanding of relevant business environment
• Strong ownership mentality; maintains focus on driving projects to completion and delivering output/results
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks concurrently; owns career and is accountable for managing own development
• Strong financial and business acumen; familiar with financial systems and various aspects of financial reporting
• 80/20 work approach, ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple on-going projects
• Ability to distill insights from complex analyses and create concise and compelling presentations to senior leadership audience
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (or country equivalent).
• MBA and/or CPA.
• Healthcare and/or pharma or medical device industry experience preferred10+ years of working experience with at least 3 -5 years within FP&A in a large multinational organization

This position can be located remotely within the US, except for Colorado.
