Job Description:
This Director role is a WI/HCG Pricing Strategy Team member. The team works in a dynamic environment that operates from an enterprise perspective. The role's primary objective will be to lead, influence, and implement competitive pricing strategies to optimize profitability for the long-term benefit of Fidelity. The position regularly presents recommendations to Sales, Relationship Management, and senior Finance Leaders.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree preferred
8+ years of professional experience in Finance with a successful track record in financial modeling and analysis
Financial services experience; experience in benefits outsourcing (WI/HCG) a plus
Proven ability to combine a strategic business perspective with strong project management and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to “tell the story†and communicate effectively with Finance and business partners at varying levels of the organization
Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint with experience in data visualization tools and the ability to teach others
Confidence, business maturity, and presence to work independently and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization, including effectively interacting with and influencing senior management
Outstanding critical thinking, problem solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
Project management experience establishing timelines and leading all aspects of the project lifecycle
Strong interpersonal skills, proactively building consultative relationships across Finance and the business
Ability to gain subject matter expertise in a short period of time and apply institutional knowledge to develop quality analytics
Proven ability, flexibility, and resourcefulness to manage several priorities in a deadline driven environment, having comfort with ambiguity
Demonstrated expertise in financial data aggregation and modeling
Ability to take initiative and seek creative solutions that challenge the status quo
Ability to work seamlessly in a highly matrixed environment, displaying the judgment to know when to involve other COEs

Providing WI/HCG Finance with thought leadership through a One Fidelity mindset
Partnering directly with the WI & HCG Plan Pricing LTV program in development of new insights and analytics
Evaluating the impact of new pricing strategies on the WI/HCG business and enterprise economics
Evaluating competitor and market strategies as well as external pricing levers
Partnering across WI/HCG Pricing, Finance, Sales, and Relationship Management organizations on various strategic initiatives
Using Fidelity business knowledge to enhance thought leadership and solve business issues
