Job Description

The capabilities director will work closely with the Global Finance & Strategy team and human resources partners in Talent Development to define, build, deploy and continuously enhance a comprehensive capability program and curriculum across the Global Finance organization. This work will directly support the Future of Finance journey and link to the broader company’s present forward and future back strategy. 

What You’ll Do for Us: 

  • Develop and implement scalable capability building tools/programs and resources for the Global Finance organization and non-finance teams 
  • Identify core competency needs and gaps across the system and develop plan to address the key opportunities in capability. Use Data and analytics to target where to best leverage strategic resources. 
  • Create and nurture a connected community of Global Finance Capability leads in each of the across the Operating Units and at the Center by providing global stewardship to enhance local execution; build a thriving network that can share, learn and scale best practices to drive growth in our people and our business. 
  • In strong partnership with Strategy and HR, build a learning organization which attracts top talent as a place to come and grow through best-in-class, unique and memorable experiences (ranging from recruitment, on-boarding, development, retention of our talent). 
  • Provide thought leadership in capability development, by learning from within and outside Coca-Cola. Have a strong bias to transition learning to implementation 
  • Partner with other functional capabilities teams and provide support and thought leadership to Enterprise Capability initiatives 

Qualifications & Requirements:  

  • 10 years of experience in finance/change management roles 

  • Leadership and management experience, with ability to work in a diverse cultural environment as a highly efficient communicator and influencer at all levels 

  • Proven ability to set strategy and drive execution against that strategy

  • Experience managing multiple inputs and juggling many priorities
