Director I – PI Finance & Performance Measurement

Description

This Director role is a member of the PI Central Finance Team, delivering impactful, insightful, and actionable financial analysis to our business partners to guide effective decision-making. The primary objective of the role will be to provide strategic insights and analysis to measure and evaluate the financial performance of the business, working across teams to measure and evaluate progress on key initiatives and contributing to the overall team. You will play a key role in supporting Finance’s efforts in the growth, development, and scaling of the business – including the onboarding curriculum for the new Head of Personal Investing.

The Expertise We’re Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree preferred

5-7 years of professional experience with a successful track record in financial modeling and analysis

Proven ability to combine a strategic business perspective with strong project management and analytical skills, with solid business and financial acumen

Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to “tell the story” and craft presentations to communicate complex financial information to influence executive decision making

Strong interpersonal skills, proactively building consultative relationships across Finance and the business

Solid knowledge and expertise in financial, presentation, and data visualization tools (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Thinkcell, Tableau, Business objects)

Intellectual curiosity, flexibility, and the ability to contribute to the team are musts

Implementing the Accountability Framework & establishing strategic financial views of performance

Partnering with subject matter experts and key stakeholders
