Directs and executes analysis — market, internal capability assessment, competitor intelligence, customer research, product assessment, and financial analysis and modeling. Conducts secondary research to understand industry trends, and competitors, customers, regulatory, and technology changes. Evaluates the overall market, in terms of sizing, growth rates, and trends.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Evaluates competitors’ capabilities, size, and growth, and identifies opportunities.
• Develops insights and conclusions from analysis and research.
• Gathers data and builds consensus on project plans.
• Prepares and presents presentations to senior executives.
• Creates detailed implementation roadmaps that include deliverables, timelines, specific resources required, operating structure, Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and group interaction specifics.
• Influences middle to senior management on decision makings, using expert analytical, communication, project management, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Conducts organizational studies and evaluations, and work simplification and measurement studies.
• Designs systems and procedures.
• Prepares operation and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
• Documents findings of studies and prepares recommendations for implementing new systems, procedures, and organizational changes.
• Analyzes data gathered and develops solutions or alternative methods of proceeding.
• Conducts primary research, including synthesis of findings to develop practical and actionable recommendations.
• Evaluates the expected revenue and Return on Investment (ROI) implications for the business using financial modeling tools.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a closely related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or five (5) years of experience performing project management, operational analysis, project implementation, and delivering project presentations for middle management and senior executives.
Or, alternatively, Master’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a closely related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or three (3) years of experience performing project management, operational analysis, project implementation, and delivering project presentations for middle management and senior executives.

Candidate must also possess:
Demonstrated Expertise (“DEâ€) in innovation and strategy development — forming product teams to run 24/7 projects with resources allocated across regions; developing product, organization, and talent strategies — screening candidates along human resources and personality dimensions for business units; forming and communicating strategies, including developing and delivering written reports and presentations to internal and external executives and Board of Directors; organizing sessions to review progress, performance, projections, risks, and mitigants for project team; and managing vendor relationships — reviewing performance, attending QBRs to understand business processes, monitoring planning processes, conducting capacity reviews and tool and data analysis, providing oversight on risk mitigation, and assessing vendors and managed qualification and selection processes.
DE performing complex data analysis based on product performance, competitive research, third party datasets, and industry news and survey results; analyzing at least one (1) million data points, using Unix, Python, R, SQL, C++, Java, Jira and Excel (including VBA programing, pivot tables, PowerPivot, Goal-seek, and data tables); developing analytical models based on statistical distribution using Six Sigma and discounted cashflows; building experimental control variables for scenario analysis; driving scenario analysis by applying legacy data to future performance based on 6 sigma model inputs; and developing go-to-market recommendations by synthesizing analysis results for middle management and senior executives.
DE leading a Research and Development team; developing a full product development and project management plan — project timeline, staffing and capability requirements, and group interaction models; liasing with management to define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and RACI charts; and leading product development project kick off meetings with multiple-stakeholders — providing on-going project status updates, including high level risks and mitigations to senior executives; reviewing project performance and attending QBRs and meetings with employees to plan processes, conduct capacity reviews and provide oversight on risk mitigation; assessing potential vendors and managing qualification and selection processes, and conducting product, tools and data analysis for vendor employees.
DE training, mentoring, and onboarding new hires — developing streamlined training programs and materials, creating internal resource websites for recent graduates and new hires, conducting on-going 1:1 individual mentoring sessions, developing goals and evaluating individual performance, and delivering performance feedback to team member(s); planning and hosting/conducting training of new international cohorts; and managing direct reports, including performance reviews and promotion processes, and project managing a matrixed team across multiple time zones.
