Director, Fidelity Consulting

As a member of the Fidelity Consulting (FC) team, this role sits in a collaborative, fast-paced, and innovative environment at Fidelity Investments! You will be immersed in unique project environments, develop and learn from leaders, while solving some of our most critical business issues.

The Team

Fidelity Consulting (FC) is a critical thought partner for Fidelity’s leadership in setting and driving the company’s strategic priorities. We provoke, inspire, and galvanize action on the changes that matter. We deliver value in a variety of ways, from leading small group projects focused on growth and innovation, to consulting on enterprise-wide initiatives. As a part of the FC team, you will develop your consulting toolkit through exposure to a wide variety of strategic business challenges – preparing you for leadership roles and a successful career.

 

The Purpose of Your Role

As a Director, you will drive projects that seek to tackle Fidelity’s most pressing business challenges. This position will: own and deliver discreet analyses and research, contribute to breakdown and synthesis of problems, and offer your perspectives as input into a broader business conversation. In addition to project work, Directors have the opportunity to partake in independent or small group projects to develop innovative new insights for Fidelity and our customers.

The Expertise You Have

You must demonstrate interest or experience in the financial services industry. MBA degree or equivalent is preferred (or similar work experience).

Strong quantitative, analytical, and conceptual problem-solving skills combined with outstanding business insight

Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively

Ambitious and results driven

Ability to add value to hard-working teams

Collaborating with different levels of management across functions to find opportunities for innovation and growth

Conducting primary and secondary research and developing insights into conclusions

Supporting work across the various business units and cross-Fidelity initiatives
