The Director role is a member of the Fidelity Brokerage Technology Finance group, a team responsible for delivering impactful and insightful financial analysis to our business partners. The primary objective of the role will be to deliver valuable financial support to our Technology Leader (Digital Brokerage (Plynk), Data Solutions) and his team. The analyses and insights delivered are critical components to drive business planning and ongoing decision making. Additionally, we will look to transition other direct senior leader support.
The role responsibilities will be as follows but not limited to:

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree a plus
7+ years of professional experience in Finance with a successful track record in financial modeling and analysis
Financial services experience preferred; experience in FinTech and Agile constructs a plus
Proficiency in financial modeling and presentation tools (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) with experience in Tableau, Hyperion Essbase, PowerBI, Anaplan, FCAP
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with Finance and business partners at varying levels of the organization

Strong attention to detail and ownership for managing large quantities of detailed information with high levels of accuracy

Defining key performance indicators and support ongoing tracking efforts
Responsible for expense/headcount management and control
Responding to financial requests for strategic business initiative evaluations
Working with the business to understand technology investment opportunities and provide cost benefit analyses to support decision making
