The Role
The PI Home Office Talent and Learning team is seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for learning, talent, diversity and inclusion and people. Part of the team’s mandate is to consult on, design, and implement effective D&I strategies and programs across the lifecycle of the associate experience, while fostering a strong inclusive culture in all daily interactions. This transformative team will engage with PI partners across at all levels of the organization driving interventions, to provide strategic coaching and support. This support will bring forth mentality shifts, and systemic changes needed to drive meaningful diverse and inclusive outcomes.
We are looking for an individual who will serve as an end-to-end consultant to drive creative strategies that foster the organization’s diversity and inclusion goals. They will serve as a strategic thought partner within the team, demonstrating their experience with organizational effectiveness, equitable talent practices and change management to get results. They will assist key business partners in identification of improvement opportunities using root cause techniques and process orientation to help us improve and streamline processes in support of the organization's goals and initiatives. They will lead implementation of projects, programs, and other key deliverables that further our organization’s D&I strategy. As an inspiring leader, they will maintain knowledge of current and emerging diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and standard methodologies. They will serve as an advisor and consultant to the leadership team to drive positive outcomes focused on attracting and retaining talent from a diverse group of backgrounds.

Serve as an inspiring leader and consultant for diversity and inclusion. Bring your expertise to strengthen equity-centered strategies, policies, and practices and help drive an inclusive culture in partnership with the PI Talent Partner team.
Design and implement pilot programs and programmatic interventions for the business, and lead/co-lead strategic D&I initiatives and key partnerships.
Use your consulting capability, project management and analytical skills, organizational design and assessment experience to help generate useful insights and actions to help business leaders steer their organizations to measurable diversity and inclusion outcomes.
Provide consultation and expertise to Senior Management in the formation of business unit diversity goals, objectives, and strategies.
Serve as an Inclusion Advisor to the organization to help drive adoption of standard methodologies in leadership behaviors that improve attraction and retention of talent from diverse backgrounds.
Stay abreast of current and future DEI trends shaping business and competency development. Provide guidance on D&I best practices to leaders across the organization and collaborate with HR Business Partners on internal business-unit specific D&I strategies.
The Skills You Bring
A strong understanding of talent and inclusion principles, thought leadership and best practices, and consultation.
An analytical and curious attitude and a strong grasp of organizational effectiveness principles with proven success in implementing key change initiatives.
Track record of influencing and building credibility with HR Business Partners, as well as senior and executive business leaders.
Demonstrate strategic and critical thinking capabilities and be able to translate those strategies and ideas into meaningful actions and implement them effectively.
Strong executive-level presentation and storytelling skills are a must for this role.
The Expertise You Have
7 to 10 years of experience within an HR, talent and/or D&I function, with a track record of success in inclusion
Master’s degree preferred or bachelor’s degree with equivalent work experience in business, education, or organizational development
Experience leading and managing multiple large and/or complex projects simultaneously

$85,000 – $150,000
This position is eligible for incentive compensation or an annual bonus opportunity.
