Job Description
We are seeking an energetic, passionate, and highly motivated candidate that will help take ABM to the next level. Candidate will be an experienced digital strategist with the ability to execute and deliver on integrated marketing campaigns. He/she will possess the skills to successfully drive projects forward including extremely strong verbal and written communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mind-set. He/she is a strategic leader responsible for the program execution of enterprise efforts in partnership with ABM business leaders. They have a strong combination of analytical, marketing, and project management expertise— with the ability to advise, execute and deliver on integrated marketing campaigns.
Top 3 Roles:
- Process Oversight - Instill discipline and develop well-defined processes and metrics throughout the marketing organization to provide for increased productivity and client satisfaction. Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of projects, campaigns, and demand gen efforts. Define and optimize processes and develop solutions on how to streamline projects, leveraging data and technology to create efficiencies.
- Liaison across marketing department and key stakeholders - Responsible for communication across departments driving true collaboration across multiple teams on all aspects of projects. Deliver a regular update cadence with leadership on campaign impacts, plan deliverables, and timelines.
- Demand Generation – Design and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture and increase open rate, CTR, and response rate and make campaign recommendations based on A/B testing. Drive account-based marketing strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver marketing program communications and campaign enablement for Sales
- Working with Sales and Business Development to manage Account-Based Marketing tactics to drive engagement at high-value accounts.
- Lead A/B testing strategies and execution across all channels
- Develop new strategies to increase touchpoints within a customer’s journey to optimize conversion rates
- Oversee the planning, development and execution of multi-touch campaigns, strategies, nurture flows, and engagement programs.
- Develop measure and refine email and progressive nurturing campaigns with marketing automation
- Planning, managing, and optimizing integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline.
- Optimize digital channel effectiveness at all stages of the funnel to uncover opportunities for optimization
- Continue to build and manage best-in-class Demand Generation Programs and optimization of the lead to pipeline funnel
- Build, implement, and refine flows for lead nurturing
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a digital marketing, digital demand generation, and/or marketing operations
- BA/BS degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or relevant field
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical, creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities who can relate business needs to digital execution
- Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function and best practices
- Hands on experience with Marketing Automation technology (i.e. Marketo), SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and Salesforce
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence across a range of teams and stakeholders
- Ability to lead, motivate and mentor staff to drive action and results
- Proven project management capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication and persuasion skills
