Job Description
Key Deliverables:
- Oversees the activities around central, coordination/alignment/management of terms of service, forecasting and orders
- Streamline and manage communication between stakeholders (customers, local sales, local customer service, manufacturing)
- Collaborate with Sweetener Solutions leadership team on the main business initiatives to guarantee optimal implementation, including but not limited to product launches or discontinuation, new contracts, supply stresses and business continuity planning
- Responsible for ensuring the customer success team addresses and solves issues and respond to inquiries quickly
- Close partnering with local structures to understand local requirements on the terms of service and abilities (compliance, logistic, regional specificities)
- Serves as Quality control liaison; and provides direct management of the customer/regional entities coordination as well as initial customer complain coordination and correctness.
- Lead and direct the activities around the product portfolio and product line management of Sweetener Solutions business to increase the company competitiveness, asset utilization, and product mix on the relevant assets.
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business field
- Strong customer service bias and 10-15 years of experience in business coordination/customer service
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relations in a cross functional environment, across diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of role, projects, tasks
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects. Flawless follow-up skills.
- Enjoys customer interaction and has a positive attitude and pleasant communication manner.
- Able to manage through difficult and escalated situations.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Flexibility to handle and manage both long-term projects and short-term problem solving need
