Your profile:

 - Minimum of five (5) years relevant work experience in the renewable energy sector- Qualification in a relevant engineering discipline related to construction, civil or electrical engineering- Advanced knowledge of construction management, contract management and procurement- Strong communication skills and the capability to interact confidently with various stakeholders- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to actively drive projects to completion- High proficiency in MS Office programs- Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken)- Willingness to frequently travel within Latin American incl. Caribbean

Your responsibilities:

 - Overall responsibility for all construction related activities- Manage preparation and execution of the construction of solar PV, wind, battery or CHP projects in Latin America incl. the Caribbean- Procurement of construction contracts and major equipment components- Apply technical criteria to the project designs and construction process- Prepare and monitor construction budgets and schedules- Supervise and coordinate the main EPC company as well as the construction subcontractors and validate HSEQ compliance- Regular site visits to monitor construction progress- Reporting of construction progress on a weekly and monthly basis- Execution of construction and performance quality checks for each project- Assess and supervise the testing and commissioning of the power plant- Interface with ESG manager to implement and supervise E&S; measures and activities- Interface with asset management  to continued business expansion, we are looking for a Director Construction Management (m/f/d) to join our Development & Construction team in support of construction and successful implementation of renewable energy projects
