Director, Analytics & Insights

As part of the A&I Capabilities Team you will lead the strategic initiatives that deliver Analytical Products/Solutions for our Technical Innovation & Supply Chain (TISC) function. This position will partner with functional leaders to understand their priorities, recommend project prioritization and sequencing and then plan execution and delivery of the agreed solutions. You will build data-centric solutions that provide actionable business insights and deepen analytic capabilities for the TI&SC function.  You will also work cross-functionally with technology and business teams to align on deliverables and ensure projects are delivered as agreed.

You will lead a team compromising of a small core of high-performing full-time employees and third-party vendor-provided teams. You will lead discussions including Cloud Data Architecture, Data Modeling, Dashboard Design and End to End Application Development. Previous Supply Chain experience is a big plus for this position. You will lead the strategic execution of programs in an Agile environment. Experience with CI/CD implementations is desired.

What You’ll Do for Us

  • Identify and lead strategic projects in support of the growth goals for the TISC Function

  • Manage the strategic initiatives & execution roadmap in collaboration with functional, technology, architecture, governance, security teams and OU functions

  • Support integration of end-to-end alignment processes with Global Supply Chain function and system partners

  • Capture and network best practices, import and export good ideas

  • Manage changes to the project scope, budget, schedule

  • Collaborate and coordinate with project stakeholders – orchestrating on time deliverables that push the Programs forward

  • Track and measure project performance, lessons learned, and areas of opportunities moving forward

  • Perform risk management

  • Articulately communicate expectations, risks, progress, learnings, statuses, deadlines, overages, etc. both to team and sponsors

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10+ years of Business and/or functional experience in both Operation and Strategy related areas

  • Experience in Supply Chain domain is highly desired

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field

  • People management experience with excellent leadership capability, able to work in a diverse cultural environment, efficient communicator, and influencer

  • Strategic Thinking: integrate diverse business insights and connecting the dots to develop holistic approach

  • Problem Solving: ability to structure and coordinate / lead cross functional complex analysis, initiatives, or efforts

  • Systemic thinking: Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts and global capabilities implementation. Being comfortable with ambiguity and willingness to challenge the status quo
