The Role

As Personalization Architect, you will architect, develop, and help implement a cloud-based personalization strategy for Workplace Investing.

 The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Education – BS or MS required.
  • Proven track record in architecting and design of data solutions in support reporting, analytics, AI/ML, and personalization platforms.
  • 3+ years of AWS experience with a focus on AI/ML, analytics, data, and data pipelines is required. AWS certification also a plus.
  • Solid grasp in AI/ML – Feature Engineering, ML Model Development, ML Ops, and Model Monitoring technologies, standard methodologies, techniques, and trends.
  • Experienced in a variety data technologies and tools. Experience with cloud machine learning (Sagemaker, Sagemaker Studio, Textract, Comprehend), data stores (S3, DynamoDB, RDS, Neptune), cloud ETL/ELT tools (Apache Airflow, AWS Glue, Alteryx, Talend), search (Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, Kendra), languages (Python, Java, SQL), CI/CD tools (AWS CloudFormation, Jenkins) and other related technologies is desired.
  • Strong analytics skills and a solid grasp of Database, Big Data and Cloud technologies along with skills to address complicated analytical needs.
  • Excellent presentation, documentation, communication and influencing skills for working with business partners as well as technologists in IT leadership and implementation teams.
  • Technical leader with strong analytic skills able to define and drive our architecture and strategy.
  • Innovation the ability to apply technology innovations to business problems that help differentiate Fidelity WI as a leader in our industry.
