Job Description Summary:
The Coca-Cola Company operates in nearly every country in the world, and we sell ~1.9 billion beverages a day. Data is the new currency and we’re looking for a world class leader to help us uplift the data and analytics fluency level across the organization. S/he will work with cross functional teams build & deploy our data & analytics fluency program for all associates across the company, and eventually across the system. The data fluency leader will work in a networked organization building learning tools as well as curating content around data and analytics for the organization; thereby moving the organization towards making better, bolder decisions through data.
This is a new role offering rewarding IQ, EQ & DQ (Data Quotient) challenges. S/he will rapidly learn & connect the dots between multiple capabilities, stakeholders and skill sets to become the architect of the global data fluency program. Strong EQ will be required to learn from and align multiple stakeholders towards one learning approach and curating content from both internal and external sources.
