Job Description Summary:

The Coca-Cola Company operates in nearly every country in the world, and we sell ~1.9 billion beverages a day. Data is the new currency and we’re looking for a world class leader to help us uplift the data and analytics fluency level across the organization. S/he will work with cross functional teams build & deploy our data & analytics fluency program for all associates across the company, and eventually across the system. The data fluency leader will work in a networked organization building learning tools as well as curating content around data and analytics for the organization; thereby moving the organization towards making better, bolder decisions through data.  

This is a new role offering rewarding IQ, EQ & DQ (Data Quotient) challenges. S/he will rapidly learn & connect the dots between multiple capabilities, stakeholders and skill sets to become the architect of the global data fluency program. Strong EQ will be required to learn from and align multiple stakeholders towards one learning approach and curating content from both internal and external sources. 

  

What You’ll Do for Us 

  • You will be a part of the Platform Service Data and Analytics (DnA) Team, reporting to the Head Data Evangelist.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to determine data fluency priorities from various functions.
  • Conduct needs assessment and user experience research to build a foundation for the content and platform for data fluency program.
  • Work with internal stakeholders (such as data and analytics, marketing services, finance, supply chain etc.) and external partners (such as NielsenIQ, Kantar, LinkedIn Learning, Harvard Spark etc.) to curate and create content for the learning modules. 
  • Work closely with the network team to design user personas, learning paths and modules for associates in different roles and functions.
  • Lead & deliver the data fluency project in phases through coordinating the actions of specialists across the company.

Qualifications & Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience. 
  • 10+ years of experience in learning & development space  
  • 2+ years of experience in project management
  • Strong analytical & project management skills  
  • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders and handle conflicting priorities in a large, complex, enterprise environment  
  • Strong communication, project management and cross functional collaboration skills 

Preferred 

  • Understanding of FMCG / CPG data and analytics fundamentals
  • Understanding of Beverages market and the Coca-Cola system
  • Experience of using Microsoft digital collaboration tools
