THE OPPORTUNITY

Grooming Direct to Consumer is looking for a user-obsessed, self-starter with a strong digital background focused in eCommerce for one of the world’s most valuable brands. This candidate is highly creative, data driven and wants to ensure each consumer has the best possible online shopping experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead Community Management: connect with the consumer via multiple digital platforms, ensuring that s/he gets rapid response and support.
  • Lead Organic Social Strategy: partner with creative agency and internal stakeholders to test and learn via organic creative.
  • Own site merchandising: work with multiple groups to ensure that our websites create as much value as possible.
  • Own website promotions: Develop, test, and approve multiple promotions per brand.

Qualifications

REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher
  • At least 1-2 years of experience working in digital marketing

PREFERRED:

  • Experience with Community Management or Social Strategy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with willingness to learn quickly
