We have an exciting opportunity for a creative and career driven CRM Manager to join our marketing team. This is a great job for someone who has experience of delivering highly personalised, targeted direct marketing campaigns and wishes to further their career with one of the UK’s largest insurance companies.
This role is key to the business as the post holder will be responsible for the overall direct CRM strategy, including planning, managing the implementation and execution of data-led, customer-centric communications to increase customer activity and profitability for the business.
A bit about the job:
- Create and own the S&R Direct CRM strategy and masterplan/roadmap (including email and direct mail); ensure CRM plans are aligned with wider marketing campaign activity
- Manage the end-to-end setup and execution of CRM campaigns and “test and learn†activity, including automated/trigger “always-on†emails, broadcast campaign emails and ad-hoc promotional offers, etc
- Manage production of all marketing collateral, stakeholder review/approval process and ensure all content is up to date and in line with FCA guidelines
- Manage post campaign analysis and weekly/monthly reporting process, document learnings and best practice and make strategic recommendations for optimisation and future prioritisation
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, and excellent communication skills both written and verbal

What you’ll get for this role:
- Starting salary between £45,000 - £50,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
