What will you be doing?  
Working closely with the Digital Transformation Managers, you will support in the coordination and delivery of Vodafone UK’s Digital Transformation. You will deliver prototypes and proofs-of-concept for innovative digital services and capabilities ready for scaled implementation across UK Consumer.

You will work with stakeholders from various teams to define and deliver innovative digital solutions with the potential to be transformative across Consumer sales and service, ensuring we take a digital-first approach. You will work with stakeholders to ensure the scope of delivery is agreed, expectations are correctly set and value is being delivered for both the business and customers.

You will be a disruptive strength within Vodafone, championing innovation and excellent change management activity, leading on trials that progress Vodafone towards our Long Range Plans, you will use a network across the business to support the digital transformation and effective delivery of projects. 
 

Who are we looking for?   

• An Innovative thinker who can work both autonomously as well as part of a wider team, continually pushing the boundaries and contributing to Vodafone’s quest for excellence across digital transformation.
• Track record of supporting change delivery (either in traditional project management, Go to Market, or agile teams).
• Knowledge of effective stakeholder management techniques and confidence in working with senior stakeholders from across the business.
• Experience in a digitally-led organisation.
• Working knowledge of agile methodologies. 
• Competent at compiling dashboard reports and executive level status update.
• Ability to proactively manage business relationships, working to defined deadlines to deliver value.
