As Sri Lanka’s leading sports media network under Dialog Axiata, ThePapare has become a leading digital entity, spread across multiple platforms, catering to all Sri Lankan sports fans in English, Sinhalese, and Tamil.
The Role:
You will be a part of the team responsible for driving revenue to ThePapare.
Responsibilities:
· Marketing ThePapare’s digital and non-digital inventory to prospective clients to meet targets.
· Developing fruitful relationships with the business’s stakeholders such as brands, partners, and ad agencies.
· Creating new business leads and setting up appointments to pitch ThePapare’s inventory
· Managing day-to-day relationships with the business’s partners and advertisers
· Upselling and cross-selling existing assets to maximize revenue
· Working with content & service teams to ensure expectations are met
The Individual:
· A goal-oriented individual with a passion for sales
· Full or part-qualification in CIM/CIMA or a Business Management Degree will be an added advantage
· Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
*Experience in handling digital sales will be an added advantage.
