What are we looking for?
- Broad understanding of Sales technology process areas and the ways in which Digital Sales & Demand improvements and innovation can solve problems quickly and drive significant value
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 2-4 years of experience in Digital Sales & Demand or Digital Technologies
- Project management skills with familiarity of agile tools and techniques
- Able to evaluate technology and process alternatives
- Excellent written and verbal skills as well as high interpersonal skills
- Must be customer focused with demonstrated ability to form productive relationship with a wide constituency, including business leaders, IT personnel and project leaders
- Strong problem analysis and influencing skills
- Should have a proven track record of delivering results in the following three areas:
- Project delivery, Senior Management exposure
What would be your key responsibilities?
- Partners with Sales leaders leveraging business acumen & knowledge of Sales, in particular the strategic focus areas of ‘Route to Market’, ‘Strategic Revenue Management’ & ‘Category Leadership’.
- Partners with Sales leaders to identify and define how to improve business performance through the application of design thinking, agile delivery, process automation & technology.
- Collaborates with members of Sales to define problems, create ideas, build prototypes, and align business cases to secure investment.
- Manages and continually prioritizes a backlog of future Digital Sales & Demand capabilities, continually
- Be a collaborative member of various end to end delivery teams helping to solve challenges varying from functional to technical to enable value to Sales stakeholders as soon as possible.
- Create the required documentation and follow processes to comply with governance procedures.
- Collaborates with a broad range of Mars associate counterparts to minimize redundancy and overlaps.
- Participates in the benefit evaluation process to determine if outcomes are delivering the intended value.
- Ensures the implementation of company policies and guidelines in alignment with local legal requirements, cultural specifics, and business practices.
