RESPONSIBILITITES:
Quality Control:
â— Daily QC of all images before going on site, ensuring all images are correct and retouched to the highest standard. Flag any discrepancies and ensure these amendments have been made before being uploaded to the site. Adhering to the New Look style of imagery, ensuring consistency in lighting and retouching.
â— Monitor feedback given by the Studio manager on contact sheets, ensuring that this is communicated to and carried out by the post-production team.
â— Daily reviewing of new in product pages to ensure all assets going live are of the highest standard, raising any discrepancies and issues.
â— Fix minor retouch issues (e.g. slight colour matching changes, marks on background/product etc). Flag larger changes or missing images to the post-production for them to amend.
â— In touch with Retouch throughout the day in order to ensure on time delivery of images. Tracking daily image uploads and sending an end of week update with any delays to the Studio Manager.
â— Tracking weekly retouch errors and providing a report to be discussed with the retouch team and the relevant NL stakeholders.
Image Coordination:
â— Point of contact for images sent by external suppliers. Communicating and maintaining NL standards and requirements, not only for creative style but also the technical aspects such as file formats, image sizes and image colour profiles
â— Working alongside the Discovery Optimization team to get campaign images online for special events such as Talent campaigns. This includes the file management and uploading of images on a tight deadline to ensure they are live for the start of a campaign
â— Manage image and colour matching queries from the Buying and Merchandising teams. This can include matrix changes, wrong product colours or lighting issues. Flag everything to the Studio managers
â— Point of contact for any DAM related questions or issues coming from the wider NL business
â— Ensure that style guides are kept updated when changes are made to retouching or coding guidelines and communicate any changes with the suppliers who provide their own imagery for our website.

• Experienced with Excel & Photoshop
• Extremely organised individual
• Management of Assets/Images and has used a asset management tool in previous role
