Job Description
What will you be doing?
- Support the process of developing and documenting requirements for your area of responsibility, working with a broad range of stakeholders including Propositions and Product Management, and consulting sales and front-line teams to understand customers’ existing experiences in order to define how this will change in the future
- Support the Lead Product Manager for your area in producing the product/journey backlog; creating, evolving and communicating the roadmap in terms of both deliveries and their business benefits, ensuring the backlog is up to date with all key requirements and prioritised per business need
- Ensure that requirements are fully understood and impact assessed across all areas
- Work with multiple design and delivery teams within Vodafone UK, Vodafone Group and external suppliers to deliver the roadmap
- Become the subject matter expert for your area of responsibility, ensuring you understand and have input into upstream activity that will impact your roadmap
Who are we looking for?
- Experience in a similar Digital, Propostions, Commercial or Product role
- Movitated to deliver results in a fast-paced, complex environment with multiple design and delivery functions
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills; you understand and can articulate business value and how your vision, roadmap and deliveries will achieve this
- You will be driven to acquire product/technical expertise in order to understand current and desired experiences as well as underlying technology and dependencies
- You can analyse and interpret data to provide insight-driven direction and to understand and address root causes
- Agile qualifications and experience using agile toolsets preferred
