We seek a collaborative and results-driven professional who will assist with defining the new culture of digital understanding and language within the Caleres organization to join our Digital eCommerce team.

We seek people who:
Ensures accurate and timely execution of seasonal item setup for owned.coms and provide wholesale setup/support as needed for the Brand Portfolio.
Contributes to identifying, scoping, and collaborating on projects to support company initiatives regarding eCommerce.
Review weekly SEO analytical insights, identifying potential improvements, and partnering with Sr. Manager to create opportunities for digital business growth.
Works cross-functionally to maintain productive partnerships and alignment. Key partners include marketing, creative, merchandising, planning, inventory, IT, ecommerce peers, etc. 
Continuously strives for improvement and works to effectively share learnings.

We seek people with these qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
1-2 years of previous experience in eCommerce, Digital Marketing, or related disciplines
Strong attention to detail
Solid investigative, communication, and partnering skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Office and Web Analytics
