The Bloomberg Marketing Studio is Bloomberg's in-house content, creative and digital marketing group. Working on assignments for print, digital, environmental, interactive and broadcast projects, the Studio has writing, design, production and content capabilities. We drive projects across the full spectrum of Bloomberg, both internally and externally. We work across a global workflow, with staff in major Bloomberg offices.

As part of the Digital Team within the Bloomberg Marketing Studio, the Digital Producer - QA Analyst will conduct testing on apps, websites, and other technical products to identify and resolve bugs, defects, and other potential issues. Communication and execution are key factors to your success in this role. You will also need to be a proactive team member identifying solutions and opportunities.

What you'll do:

•  Reviews design specifications to understand the scope, requirements, and function of the software product.
•  Identifies appropriate parameters, functions, and data to test and validate; parameters may include general function, validity of results, accuracy, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
•  Conducts testing to ensure products perform according to user requirements and within established guidelines.
•  Continuous reporting, documenting and tracking of defects and technical issues. - Help manage, develop, and improve processes within the team.
•  Work closely with developers and project owners and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
•  Work with multiple teams throughout the organization and support both QA and non QA related activities.

You need to have:

•  Extensive knowledge of software and database testing including designing and manipulating test data, validating stored jobs, and error replication.
•  Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
•  Ability to create test plans and cases from specifications or verbal communications.
•  Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to serve as a liaison with developers, product managers, and customer support.
•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•  Knowledge of SEO, accessibility and web performance best practices.
•  Experience working in an Agile engineering environment.
•  Demonstrated success in project management with an aptitude to effectively prioritize and complete multiple tasks.
•  Strong relationship management skills with exemplary communication and presentation skills (persuasive written, compelling oral).
