ThirtyThree are looking for a New Digital PMO to join their team.

The Digital PMO is accountable to the project board and ultimately the executive and has the authority to run the project on a day-to-day basis, within the constraints laid down by them.

You will drive forward our digital offering, delivering innovative, creative solutions to all digital requirements in a timely manner, with a clear demonstration of budget management and exceeding client expectations.

In addition, a Digital PMO should be able to work independently, handling projects with the support of additional resource where required.

Job Description:

What you’ll be doing:

  • Gain thorough understanding of clients business, brand, products/services, markets and key employee groups.
  • Introduce new ideas/thinking/solutions to client challenges, understanding and justifying their use based on experience and insight. Show a real passion for all things Digital and have an eye for new/emerging platforms and how these may be integrated into the end solution.
  • Manage and develop day-to-day relationships with client portfolio.
  • Create bespoke proposals / project plans for specific client requirements, identifying and highlighting key milestones, major project components and clarifying responsibilities from the proposal stage, and showing innovative thinking where possible.
  • Work closely with internal project delivery resources to ensure workloads are well managed and delivery expectations are met.
  • Prepare and lead meetings that relate to specific Digital projects.

  • Confident to work on own or as part of a team
  • Clear understanding / appreciation of client requirements
  • Taking responsibility for ownership of all project elements
  • Credibility and confidence, with a passion for all things digital
  • Able to carry out routine tasks with good attention to detail
  • Able to plan and organise familiar and new requests from both external and internal clients, prioritising workload and working well under pressure
  • Managing multiple projects/workloads
  • Managing budgets
