We are looking for an enthusiastic team member to join our Digital team as a Digital Operations Co-Ordinator based remotely with one day a week at either our Support Centre in Worksop or our London office.

As our Digital Operations Co-Ordinator you’ll be responsible for playing a vital role in ensuring we have the necessary website functionality, capability and capacity to achieve our digital vision. The role is responsible for working alongside the Digital Operations Manager in managing the website operation for wilko.com and it’s group websites. As a key interface with the wider business in ensuring the frictionless day-to-day running for customers, team members and agency partners.

Taking huge pride in what you do, your role will involve;

• Implementing and sustaining the website operating model; defining roles, processes and activities for a smooth operation.
• Liaising with key stakeholders to triage operational issues, including; IT service, Customer Care, Finance and Supply to develop operational improvement plans.
• Driving improvements to the business systems and processes that support delivery of the digital vision/roadmap.
• The day to day management of 3rd parties to maximise effectiveness; with communication of actional insight to key stakeholders.

For this role we need someone who has worked in a digital operations environment with excellent attention to detail and can communicate at all levels.
