The Digital Merchandising Specialist will be a part of the Global Digital Merchandising team, responsible for developing holistic merchandising strategies in partnership with key stakeholders and program leads. This role will manage the end-to-end merchandising pipeline for various projects and tracks of work including strategy creation, cross-functional partnership, planning, execution, optimization and analysis.Understand segment, regional, seasonal nuances and create strategies to best optimize merchandising placements and platforms as appropriate. Focus on Russian and Central/Eastern European markets.Partner closely with product merchandising team on third party accessory launches and merchandising strategy. Develop data-driven insights and recommendations influencing cross functional partners on customer experience and merchandising opportunities.Establish a baseline performance standard for merchandising platforms, placements, and content. Clearly understand business and engagement, report out regularly on performance and identify actionable insights.Write creative briefs for development of projects and content.Develop merchandising requirements for project briefs with cross functional partners.Validate merchandising content in staging reviews in order to execute flawless plans.
Degree level education in relevant field is desirable but candidates from all education backgrounds who meet the key qualifications are encouraged to apply.
