Description of your role – You will work on a number of Monatair Bureau Service accounts. Focusing on extracting insights from our Social Media Analytics product. You will be creating reports and presenting insights to clients. This will involve giving your recommendations on how they can meet their objectives and solve customer problems. You will observe and learn from our Clients’ competitors and advise on their Social Media Strategy

What you’ll be doing:

The role consists of the following but not limited to:

  • Consult with clients
  • Identify opportunities for new data sources and integrations
  • Working with clients to drive their agenda and understand customer direction
  • Building key relationships with Clients face-to-face (currently online) to ensure knowing their requirements
  • Analyse Social media and create reports
  • Be able to keep detailed notes of all meeting with Clients and actioning them

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in using Social Media Analytics and Management like Brandwatch, Sprout Social and Hootsuite is beneficial but not essential
  • Experience in Presenting
  • Have knowledge in data Visualisation
  • Be able to create reports
  • Able to translate client requirements by listening, unpacking problems and providing solution

Skills and Competencies:

  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Good attention to detail
  • Power BI experience would be preferred but not essential
  • Good knowledge of IT packages i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word
