Description of your role – This is predominantly an account management role providing support and guidance to our Monatair Bureau Service customers. You will be focusing on extracting insights from our Social Media Analytics product. You will be creating reports and presenting insights to clients. This will involve giving your recommendations on how they can meet their objectives and solve customer problems. You will observe and learn from our Clients’ competitors and advise on their Social Media Strategy based on your experience in this field.
