Summary:
Worldwide Commercialization; Worldwide Multi-Channel Hub; Digital Hub – The Digital Hub drives the planning, execution, measurement and optimization of BMS Business Partner digital campaigns, tactics, and programs by collaborating with Multi-Channel Hub teams, matrix teams and agencies to pull through brand strategy and meet objectives across audiences (patient, payer, physician).
Requirements:
Drive seamless interaction between our key Business Partner(s) (e.g., Brand Marketing, Medical, Payer Marketing, Access) teams, MC Hub teams (e.g., Marketing Operations, Media, Capabilities), Business Info and Analytics (BI&A), matrix teams and agencies. Partners with Business Partner(s) on development of digital strategy delivering channel insights and tactical recommendations and leading execution of digital brand campaigns, tactics and programs to drive operational effectiveness, business impact and meet objectives.
Leverage Digital Capabilities, standards and best practices to drive customer engagement for the business partner(s). Examples include and are not limited to web sites, digital media, digital sales tools (e.g., Interactive Visual Aids, Rep-Triggered email), other email, Remote Engagement and Search Engine Marketing. Other examples to be identified based on Business Partner/Hub needs and prioritized according to the Multi-Channel Roadmap.
Identify and run controlled and measureable experiments to pilot future digital marketing capabilities.
Serves as the dedicated digital marketing point-of-contact for the Business Partner(s), digital agencies and Multi-channel hub teams to enable seamless execution of strategy and lead execution of digital campaigns/tactics
Collaborates with Business Partner(s) on campaign/tactic strategy and provides input on the development of digital functional plans
Collaborates with BI&A to ensure KPI identification, measurement and optimization of digital programs.
Coordinates with Capabilities, Digital Operations, Media, Marketing Operation Managers and multi-channel hubs on the following activities:
Assessment of new programs and recommendations to the business partner(s).
Prioritization of campaigns and tactics
Definition of campaign/tactic success (e.g. development of metrics plan)
Evaluation and optimization of brand tactics
Driving tactical plan to accomplish KPI and brand objectives
Provides digital expertise into the ongoing evolution of customer model by working with business leads on critical priorities
Maintains view of the competitive landscape and has a broad perspective across BMS and pharma industry to identify and drive best practice around digital expertise
Drives innovation culture and coordinates with business leads to develop innovative digital tactics and apply metrics / analytics
Identify opportunities for synergies and collaboration within and across therapeutic areas
Lead on the relationship with digital agencies/vendors to define project scope, costs, timelines, and deliverables
Partner with other Digital Marketing Specialists to enable consistency and best practice sharing across the enterprise and to provide early insight into material creation to drive content re-use.
Deliver creative briefs and other necessary requirements documentation to support the development of digital programs
Monitor, manage and provide regular updates on campaign/project financials
Partner closely with Marketing Operations to provide direction and support to project teams and implement changes when needed in order to achieve project objectives
Monitor project status and budget and provide regular reporting on progress, challenges, and solutions
Conducts multi-channel briefings for senior management and external representatives to further education in the digital and multichannel space.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Campaign marketing
3+ years in marketing and/or activation in large complex organization
2+ years of Print and Digital marketing management planning and budget allocation experience
2+ years Project Management experience (PMP not required, but ideal)
Familiarity with Agile Principles
Understanding marketing data performance and how it informs decision-making
Familiar with marketing asset specifications, templates, content management systems, workflows
Highly organized and detailed oriented, accustomed to fast-paced settings
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to write, collaborate on and edit communications and presentations where needed
Has passion for the role, shares ideas, brings improvements forward, teaches others
Experience managing external vendors, budgets and invoicing including vendor performance management
P&L or knowledge of Budget Management required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
Experience with all pharma marketing and launch scenarios, a plus
