Role Purpose:

• Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the digital acquisition strategy and targets across paid and owned channels.
• Lead the digital media plans and execution including optimisation in life. 
• To champion and be the advocate for Digital Marketing across the team

Key Accountabilities and Deliverables:

• Accountable for performance across digital acquisition channels including historic performance analysis, optimisation and improvement plans.
• Accountable for the strategy across paid channels (inc. search, display, social media etc.) and owned channels.   
• Own stakeholder relationships externally with agencies and third parties to maximise performance and bring in best practices. 
• Working across internal stakeholders to deliver campaigns, operating in an agile way to drive continuous improvement and test and learn approach.
• Develop and communicate performance reporting with insight and recommendations.    
• Define and own KPI’s for digital media for acquisition and existing customer engagement.

Essential skills:

• Proven hands-on experience in executing digital marketing
• Proven experience in planning and buying display media
• Experience in creating and optimizing owned marketing channels
• Experience in collecting and analysing data and insights from campaigns e.g. google analytics, Adobe.
• Expert knowledge of digital marketing principles such as SEO, optimisation, A/B testing.
• Effective stakeholder management skills.
