The Role: 

• Advertising campaign optimizations (Facebook/Instagram). 
• Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn/Twitter/YouTube/Google My Business) 
• Be actively involved in Google advertising and SEO. 
• Scheduling email campaigns and SMS campaigns. 
• Optimizing and maintaining the chatbot platform. 
• Providing creative ideas for content marketing and preparing promotional presentations. 
• Collaborate with designers. 
• Attending to customer inquiries. 
• Conducting market research and analyzing marketing surveys. 
• Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of web analytics tools and acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field. 
• 1-3-years' experience in Digital Marketing/Social Media Marketing. 
• Knowledge in digital marketing strategy and concepts. 
• In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques, Facebook Ad Manager, Google Analytics and Google AdWords. 
• Excellent writing and verbal communication in English and Sinhala. Tamil would be an added advantage. 
• Proficient in MS Office. 
• Knowledge of CRM tools and online analytics. 
• Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
